About Joseph Estee
For three decades, Joseph Estee has dedicated himself to the mastery of martial arts and hand-to-hand combat, training intensively under renowned master instructors in various disciplines. Achieving advanced ranks and credentials, he is recognized as an accredited master instructor in his field.
Highlights of his background include these systems in which he is currently active:
Krav Maga – Israeli Hand-to-Hand Combat
(M1) Master Level 1 (Sixth degree black belt), his credentials are certified by Krav Maga: Ne'emanei Imi. A second-generation practitioner, Mr. Estee has been guided by Master teacher James Keenan, a significant contributor to the development of Krav Maga who learned directly from the founder, Mr. Imi Lichtenfeld. Mr. Estee’s Krav Maga journey commenced in 1995.
Holding the rank of Nanadan (Seventh degree black belt), he is both a practitioner and instructor with the Traditional Isshinryu Karatedo Association (TIKA). His training in Isshinryu also began in 1995.
Menkyo-Kaiden teaching credentials certified by Dotokushin Bukyokai (Dotokushin Martial Teaching Association), and was trained by instructors who are direct descendants of the style from the Nippon Kobudo Rengokai.
Baguazhang – Eight Character Palm Internal Boxing
As a Master-level practitioner, he is certified by the Daode Wuxue She (Daode Martial Study Association), learning from teachers directly linked to the art's lineage.
Taijiquan – Chinese Internal Boxing
With study commencing in 1995, Mr. Estee has explored various Chinese Internal Boxing styles such as Yang, Chen, Hao, and Sun, each offering unique combat techniques. His training lineage can be traced back to the founders of these systems.
